Exercise Thread for today Sunday! Go Vikes!
Haven't Gazelled yet today, but it's only 4:30...
Last night, I went tubing for a little over 2 hours - WAHOO!!! I love tubing! And the fresh snow made it SOOOO Beautiful out!
Today, I've been FLIPPIN' BUSY! Cleaning house, discomboobalating all the Christmas decorations and getting the house back to normal - dishes, dismantleing everything, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, countless trips up & down the stairs to store all the Christmas stuff - yeah, not a slug today!

I was going to do the treadmill after I went through a couple of boxes in our basement and the next thing I know, four hours had passed. SERIOUSLY! I think putting all of my Christmas decor away it lit a fire under me to weed through our basement and other various rooms in the house to get rid of things we don't use/need/want! I too was going up and down stairs and was sweating like crazy!
I am really working hard on staying active throughout the day, rather than sitting in front of the TV or on the internet more than I should. I also find that being "up and at 'em" is really good for me not only physically, but mentally as well. I just know once I have the surgery, I won't have to force myself as much to have energy. It will become second nature...YAY - CAN'T WAIT!!!
