I'm going to do mall walking today!  Too icy outside!  Have to go to town (I live in the boonies of WI now, so we go to Eau Claire to shop and they have a smallish mall - about like Blaine's) to get groceries, so I plan to stop at the mall first to walk!

I'm suprised i didn't die but I did a full hour step class!! Of course now i feel like i'm gonna die...but its a good death...lol

Haven't Gazelled yet today, but it's only 4:30...

Last night, I went tubing for a little over 2 hours - WAHOO!!!   I love tubing!  And the fresh snow made it SOOOO Beautiful out!

Today, I've been FLIPPIN' BUSY!  Cleaning house, discomboobalating all the Christmas decorations and getting the house back to normal - dishes, dismantleing everything, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, countless trips up & down the stairs to store all the Christmas stuff - yeah, not a slug today!

Hello,

I was going to do the treadmill after I went through a couple of boxes in our basement and the next thing I know, four hours had passed.  SERIOUSLY!  I think putting all of my Christmas decor away it lit a fire under me to weed through our basement and other various rooms in the house to get rid of things we don't use/need/want!  I too was going up and down stairs and was sweating like crazy!

I am really working hard on staying active throughout the day, rather than sitting in front of the TV or on the internet more than I should.  I also find that being "up and at 'em" is really good for me not only physically, but mentally as well.  I just know once I have the surgery, I won't have to force myself as much to have energy.  It will become second nature...YAY - CAN'T WAIT!!!

Ok, so the Vikes failed... but I didn't!  I made it 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight!!!

Off to the gym I went this morning!!  Hit the elliptical, recumbant bike, and treadmill.  It was a good workout!!  My only issue is that my blood pressure keeps dropping post exercise.  I will probably call the doctor tomorrow.

Too bad for the Vikings- next year will be even better!!

My initial goal was to get back into a daily exercise routine by just doing something every day. I've accomplished this three out of the last four days. So I'll keep working on doing something daily, and then start increasing my time.
