Frustrated with insurance

As you know--my insurance company denied the surgery. I have called them and they can't seem to be able to tell me why--except it is not medically necessary. They told me that more info will be in the denial paper that they supossedly mailed out last Friday. Well neither I or my Doctor has gotten it. Can't appeal until we get it. SOOOO why isn't it here yet. They are based out of the cities. GRRRRR!!!!
