Me? I am going to take a walk and then go dancing tonight... that's the plan anyway!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I have did my treadmill/elliptical routine this morning. I would like to get out and go on a bike ride or walk this afternoon. Went on a bike ride for the first time in 5 years yesterday. It felt so good! Dancing sounds like FUN!

I just got off the treadmill, did a mile in 21 minutes. Wanted to get out and walk outside yesterday, but the day got away from me, so maybe later today.
