TUES: Exercise thread!

It's Tuesday... the expected weather is in the 40s... hopefully to reach somewhere near 46 to 48 degrees.

How do you plan to move today? 


Making a specific plan really helps me stick to my goal every day!

Me? I plan to do 15 min on treadmill and 15 on elliptical

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Maybe Spring is here to stay!!  Wouldn't that be nice!  As for me I will be heading off to th gym in about 10 minutes- will do time on the treadmill, the Eliptical and the bike- then some upper body strength training (ran out of time yesterday because I was chatting).  I am amazed at how much the workout wakes me up each day.  I never thought being sweaty would be such a good thing in my life!

My new walking/running shoes were great.  I did my 1/2 hour - 3 miles.
Almost forgot pilates, too.

I have walked 3.5 miles outdoors today.  The weather was fabulous and even the runners looked happy to be out there.

I'm looking forward to walking up to Lake of the Isles and back!! (the walk up there/walk a bit around the lake/walk back is a little over 3 miles)

What a great day outside! Or at least it looks that way from inside the lab...

I did 15 minutes on the treadmill this morning and had planned to take a walk this afternoon w/ my sister, but she just bailed on me.  So, I did another 25 on the treadmill for a total of 1.8 miles today. My longest time and distance EVER!  Maybe I can convince DH to walk with me outside tonight if he gets home early enough.
