I didn't have the RYN, but am banded and for me that would not of been a problem at all. that sounds so good right now!

Should be ok, just don't eat too much (fat content).

If you get the condensed "fat free" or even "low fat" soup you should be fine. I would be concerned about the fat and possibly the dairy content. I'm 3 1/2 weeks out and I had cheese & broccoli soup (FF) a week or two ago and even added some additional frozen broccoli and cauliflour.
