MON: How are you moving?
Yesterday I walked at the RenFest for three hours. Then I got home and did cardio and strength training for 90 minutes. It felt great!
Today I plan to do 30 minutes of biking and at least 60 minutes on My Fitness Coach.

Last week I joined Golds Gym. I have gone every day since Friday!! I have a goal to go do something everyday for the rest of the month. So far i have done a mile on the treadmill each day. and a quarter mile on the elliptical. I have done a couple of the resistance machines in the ladies room. Tonight I have the orientation, they are going to show me around and show me how to use the machines, sp to speak. So after that I am gonna swim for a few minutes in the pool.
My insurance reimburses me for going 12 times in a month, that is why I am motivated to try to go every day. But then my goal is to go 3-4 times a wee****il I get the rest of this weight off. I have a personal goal to be at my goal weight of 140 by the first of the year.
My first goal isto take 15 pounds off by November 26th.... My daughters 29th birthday. I started this on my Son's 31st birthday (going to the gym)
