My 3 month appointment

Well my 3 month appointment went great!!  My goal is to be in onederland by my 40th birthday (nov 18)  and I only have 4 pounds to lose!!!!  YAY!!

I got a cream for my rash, they are writing down everything so when I need my plastic surgery it will be covered....another YAY!! 

I have lost 10 inches around my belly, I was suprised at that..since I still see myself pretty big!!

Everything seems to be good, I go back in another 3 months so we will see then what progress I am making.

I am going with my friend Sandra to her info meeting on Dec. 22, I am her support person.  It is fun being on the other side for sure!!

We both have a birthday of Nov 18th, which will be my 36th bday when I will be ONE WEEK post op! WHOO HOO to us!!! You can make it to ONDERLAND! GO LISA!!!!

What an exciting 3 month appt!!! 10", holy cow that sounds like a lot, but you're lucky you are getting all your rashes, etc. documented for the possible panni coverage w/ your insurance!
