I am devastated, sad, mad, angry, feel guilty.... and just want to die. I am a rational person but I, too, have my limits.
Thank you all so much for the texts, calls, emails, PMs, Facebook posts... they are keeping me sustained from minute to minute... I apologize for not answering them yet. Also, thank you to those that are making me leave my house so I don't drive myself crazy.

I have been praying for you since this awful thing has happened to you. I do not get into the gossip thing as someone else is always wrong, the person it happened to (you) is always right. Also, your name on this board is a good name so do not let the gossip get to you. I know that is easy for me to say but you are a good person and we all know that!! You will need to lean on all of us that you have helped so please if you need anything please pm me and I will do what ever you need.
My motto in life has always been 'I need to do what I need to do for myself' and if anyone doesn't like it well that's to bad. If you and Mike were working on a relationship then you were most definitely having to make decisions, we all do even after marriage. So please do not burden yourself with the what ifs. Again I know easy for me to say. Whether Mike meant for this to happen or not, you will never know that from him. Either way only God knows now and you will have to find a place in your heart to come to peace with the whole thing.
You have a lot of support please use it.

As you know, I am dealing with a similar situation that is still playing itself out. I understand the anger, rage, sadness and guilt...I'm living it now, too!
WE are NOT responsible for the actions of others! No matter what did , is , or will transpire, we are not responsible for the decisions that others make. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE!!! (If I keep repeating this I may even beleive it. )

I am praying that you will find the peace that you deserve. I hate that this has happened. No matter who's life we are talking about, suicide is devasting for the ones left behind. It is awful that this happened to someone so close to you. I know you have heard it before, but please ask God to help you not blame yourself. I know it is hard to understand right now, but I truly beleive that God has other plans for you! I pray that you find peace and answers soon.

In the wake of tragedy, the best among us rise above the resulting chaos and bull**** to demonstrate that life must go on even while they themselves hurt and grieve. Your posts here and on the other board clearly demonsrate that you are such a person, one with the strength and courage to face this horrible time in your life and eventually make some sense of it all. While you work on that, lean on us as often and as much as you find that you need to do.
