Who loves their dietician?  I cannot stand the ones at Dr Ikramuddins office, especially the numbskull who sees me post op.

Can anyone recommend an EXCELLENT dietician.

you can ask to see a different dietician at the U or you have problems with all of them?  If you have an issue, you should speak to a patient advocate.

Have you seen Joyce?  She's one of the most experienced bariatric dieticians in the twin cities.

It was the 'new girl' who had no idea about pretty much anything.  I think I knew more about nutrition than she did to be quite honest.  She made the most ridiculous statements.

I think I want to go to a different clinic altogether, it seemed very frantic and ill orgainized when I went for my post ops.

Oh, try being a DSer with the poop post-op information!  If you think they do bad at the RnY info (which is more what they're geared to), you should see the crap WE get!  I just don't even bother, to be honest.  They ask if I want to see one, I say 'nope'.  I did the 'required' one pre-op, which was ridiculous, and have avoided them since.  So I have no advice, but I think Joyce has been mentioned by a few others I've talked to who 'might' have a clue.
