Connie,

After the year I've had anything is possible......

Cool, I'll only be 1 day behind you on the 5 day pouch test.....I'll keep in contact by e-mail to see how your doing......

Thanks for the support, Kelly

You can do this, Kelly!   Your pics and story have been an inspiration to me so I am happy to swing a couple of chickens your way.   I'd volunteer for the butt kicking, too, but my arms are not in fighting form!    I can see how easy it is to get off track and I'm not even 5 months out.  With my weight melting off, I started slacking on my treadmill and protein.   Bad move on my part.   I'm joining you with re-dedication!

Tuna,

Thank you so much......I don't see myself as an inspiration, but Thanks....

Yes, dedication is key......Keep up the exercise & protein intake, it will make it easier once you hit maintenance.....I wish I would have.....

Good for you for admitting it, Kelly - that's the first step.  Now you can move in the direction you want.  You are able to do that - with GUSTO!  Go, Kelly, go.

You can do it, Kelly!

Getting back to basics is one of the recurring themes I have seen on this sight for those who slip (and I know it happened to EVERYONE with varying degrees).

So good for you for voicing your intent to the group and for getting back on the path to a healthy you!

Best of luck,
Shannon

I know I'm far from maintaining yet but you look amazing and you've done a great job!

You've pin pointed the areas that you know you need to improve on.. I think even in the losing stage I'm in I have to make daily decisions about exercising and that I'm going to get enough water in too (I struggle with that)

You know what you need to do, and I know its easier to say what you need to do than actually doing it.. Make a list for yourself.. don't try to do it all at once. Make the modifications one by one and before you know it you'll be doing it all the way you want to be.

Thank you for all your support as I've started my journey... You have done an amazing job. Those 15 lbs will be gone soon enough!
