YOU ARE MY HERO!!
My initial weight seems to mirror yours (even though you are taller than me by a bunch) and it is so inspiring to see you melting away! I am so proud of you and am glad I have gotten to know you a bit over the last few months.... Your support and willingness to share your insights, trial, triumphs as well as your friends has meant a great deal and I will try to emulate you as much as I can... not on the scale since that is a very individual thing and we all lose at different rates... but in the way you reach out, support and offer guidance and encouragement.
As for your wife, simply tell her that while you have plenty of energy, the lack of a fat layer has caused you to shiver uncontrollably and that you should not be out there for great lengths of time snowblowing... :-)
