Tummy Tucks in Saint Louis area?

I had a gastric bypass on 11/30/2004 and lost a total of 160 lbs. I think I am done losing weight. I have been working out about 5 times a week now but the skin on my abdomen is not drawing up and am considering a tummy tuck. Has anyone here had this done locally? What was the cosy? How did you like the results? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Randy
