Surgery date

Hi everyone! I have a surgery date..........November 20! No turkey for me this year. I kind of wi**** was sooner but that's only 69 days away. I'm sure it will pass quickly. Regardless, I am on my way now!!!!! Huera

Congratulations on your surgery date!! When was your consultation with Dr. Hornbostel? My first consult with Dr. H is October 11th. I would really like to have my surgery by the end of the year. Guess we'll see. Once again, congrats! Debbie D.

Hi Debbie D, My consult was on Aug. 23rd but I had to have a stress test before he would schedule my surgery. That test was Aug. 30th and results were faxed to him the next day. Everything else was taken care of before or at the office visit; medical records, psyche eval, pcp recommendation, plus medical history done on line. Good Luck! Huera

Margie called this morning before I had a chance to call them. Must have been ESP. Yes, I got the Protein drink, two of them. And yes to what you said about changes, that is what I've been thinking all day. It seems a long way off but is only 69 days which I will mark off on my calendar just like Advent or Lent. Huera

that is what i did . i counted it down and put each day above the actual date and said like 69 days till ,68 days till lol cant wait for you to be on the losing side. Jan

WooHoo Marilyn, Congrats on getting your date. My date is just 6 days before yours on Nov. 14th. Looks like the both of us will be having turkey broth for thanksgiving LoL Im like you, I so can't wait but so far its going by pretty fast. I found a counter I have on my profile and every so often I look at it and rejoice that the date is getting closer!!! You'll prolly be in the hospital when I have my 1 week check up, maybe my wife and I will be able to stop by and say "hi" to ya!!! WooHoo it wont be long til we're on that losers bench!!
