Praise God

I just want to give a shout out at how good our Lord is too his children. My oldest brother drives over the road (solo). Well he was fully loaded and headed toward the southern part of Texas to unload first thing Sunday morning. He was the area of Pleasanton, TX and had just passed another truck driver. He went around a cornor and there standing in the road was several steer. He swerved and missed the first one but ended up hitting the 2nd one. The steer he hit was approx 1500lbs and when he hit it. It took out the front right tire and his steering column. Needless to say he lost control of the truck and it landed on it's side and slide for over 50 feet. Everything in the truck came crashing down on him. He was taken to the hospital and he has 3 broken ribs, a shoulder that is messed up and twisted his knee. But Praise God he is alive!!!! And not 1 window in his truck was broken!!!! My brother said isnt what ironic and my oldest sister said no that's not ironic that is the Lord!!!! I just wanted to share with you all how good God is always to his children. Before we go to bed we (DH & I) always pray for our member of the family that is out over the road (we have 3) that they have travlers mercys to their destinations and that they are protected weither they are on the road or at a rest stop. Yes God is amazing and wonderful and awesome. and Praise God your brother wasnt hurt any more than he was. Sounds like he will be back on his feet in no time. Is the truck his or leased or owned by a company? Keep praying for you family they always need it. Jan
