Sunday Morning Whats Happening:

wasn't it gloomy and cool yesterday? That is the reason we usually leave the first of Feb. and don't come back till the first of March but I think we will have to stay home this year since we spent all our vacation money on the green house. Lol So I will just have to go out there and sit in the sunny lights and plant flowers lol. We are suppose to go to a baby shower brunch for our niece today but don't know if we will make it or not. Our truck is really messing up. Feels like spark plugs but it doesn't have spark plugs , has something else. They are probably a hundred dollars apiece so hopefully we can get it fixed before Monday night meeting. Then yesterday evening my computer messed up and it took me forever to get it working again. Just kept restoring it until I started working lol don't really know what I did but the goofy thing works now for the time being anyway. If I disappear for more than a day someone needs to call me LOL I might get some work done if it did mess up Has anyone heard from Andrew? He was sick the last time he posted. How he is doing ok. How about Debbie? Anyone hear from her? Tessia: well what color did you paint your kitchen? You didn't say. Good for you for resisting the pizza. It is well worth it believe me. No food tastes as good as skinny feels. Lol I didn't get to the phone store again today since my truck kept messing up. don't know what is wrong with that. Hey want to jazz up your s.f. jello? Buy a bottle of s.f. lime soda or any flavor and use that instead of cold water. Really kicks it up a notch. BAM as Emeril says lol Its great that you have such a loving group of supporters . Claudette: how do you make your morning mocha? Is it hot? Do you use coffee and protein shake in it together? Sure hope I get there with my truck acting silly like it is. Hope it isn't something that we have to take out a loan to pay off. If we do we will have to take out a loan to pay several things off and then just have one payment. I think my husband will be with me on Monday night but like you said he wont be around all the time. I think I have him talked into coming with me to this one anyway. Depends on whether he likes it or not. Sherr: well lots of dudes turn out to be duds lol As the saying goes you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find that prince. This was just one of the frogs lol Janet is right about the losing one pound. How much have you lost in your 3 weeks? I bet it has sort of equaled out to be a good amount anyway. I think you have to do something and not sure what for us to see it . Send me your picture on email ok? Would love to see it. I took a new one today . I can even see the difference in me too. Your meal sounds good but why cant you eat any of it. Wow 100 pounds I cant wait until I get there. Your plans for your life sound really good . I know you will achieve all of your dreams. Colette: hey how are you doing . Good to see you back. Do you have your family in this week end? I thought you said you were to have lots of company this week end. Your no slob in the weight loss dept tho you know. Kathleen: first off let me welcome you to the Missouri Board and second congratulations for the weight loss of 100 pounds . I think the people that have those got them from OH. Online or something. You might drop a post to Amy ,she has some post at the top of the page and Im sure she can tell you more. I hope this computer continues to work for me for awhile cause I cant see right now being able to buy another one. I guess I really need to back up all my pictures and stuff on a cd. My knees are starting to feel better . I walked two times around the neighbor hood yesterday , that thrilled my dog . He things he is really special when I take him for a walk. The only outside dog that has free rein to go where he wants all the time and still has to be taken for a walk. Go figure. Lol Have a wonderful , marvelous day in the Lord. Good Morning Jan and all Sorry it's been a few days since I've posted. I got over the flu pretty good then it went right into a friggin cold, sore throat then down into my chest rattling. I called my pcp and he ordered me some anti-bioics and Im feelin better now. Yesturday I kind of over did it. It was angelfood distribution and I went with them to pick the food up, I usually do the counting, it was cold and kind of windy and me being big I sweat and started getting the sore throat stuff again ugh lol. Im ok this morning, I was feeling so week the last few days I just didnt feel like doing anything at all. Gonna be a busy week for me, I gotta try and get a hold of a psycologist here in town, been trying and no answer the last week or so. 2 weeks from Monday I go for my Pre-Op my gawd how the time flew on by LoL then the following tuesday it's MY turn to cross over to the losers bench Ya'll were so right, I kept busy this whole time and it's gone by so fast. Jan I havnt heard from Deb M, I havnt emailed her either tho, I'll send her a quick email and see if she's ok. Im glad everyone else is doing so good. you must have put them on your new profile which isnt available to us. Jan

Claudette, go to your new profile, choose "customize account" then choose "change my avatar (from the box to the right) and then you can choose browse and choose a photo you have on file in your computer then hit upload. It's pretty easy! You may have to refresh to get to see it on your profile. Also in that "cusomize acct" section is the option of who can see your profile, select "everyone" if you want us all to see it! : ) Your welcome! lol Tami
