MONDAY WHATS HAPPENING?????

hey hello all!!! I am so glad to be back online. My computer is still down but i kidnapped one of my sons computers and brought it home with me. Told him i was holding it for ransom. lol A week without a computer when you use it to keep up with all your friends is a necessary item. I have worked so hard to keep from going nuts this week that my muscles are about to wear out i think. I have cleaned out all the dead stuff out of the flower beds and cover all that required it with straw. Pulled down dead vines, pulled up frozen tomatoe plants etc etc. Have two large tomato plants in the green house already in pots and they are starting to bloom. It is so much fun playing around in there. I spent one whole day washing out old potting trays and then went and bought several of the small peat pots for starting things in. Joe bought his yearly donation to the conservation department the other day in the form of a deer tag. needless to say he still hasnt gotten a deer lol. He loves to pretend but if we were waiting on deer meat to eat then im afraid we would starve. Every year the vol. fire dept here has a fund raiser dinner on the opening night of deer season with a large catered meal and lots of door prizes. We won two prizes Saturday night. One was 10 tanning sessions at a local tanning booth and the other was Christmas tree, prelit and all the trimmings. Dont know what we will do with it since we already have one just like it. I sort of feel like i came in on the middle of a conversation and still havent caught up on everything I am trying to read all the post since my computer went down but it is really a lot to read. Melissa Thank you so very much for doing the Whats Happening post for me each day. I owe you big time sweetie. I will be praying for you on Tuesday, Andrew and Alan you all also Andrew since i am your angel be sure and have Susan call me when you get out of surgery. I wish i was going to be in Sedalia on Tuesday to see you but will have to be satisfied with praying for all of you. Debbie good to see you and i did read of your problems with your son. I have put him on my prayer list. We can only hope that they listen to what we have taught . Collette: what a funny joke , so glad to see you are back home safe and sound. So after your yearly appointment with Dr. H. tell Andrew hi for me. Rachael: thanks for the welcome back. glad to hear you still got to go out and have a little fun. Sorry to hear about your sister. that doesnt sound good. Sherr: sounds like you have really been busy. Are you beginning to feel better? Maybe you need to not push so much and rest more and get yourself on the right path way of healing first. Take care little one. Claudette: cant wait till the meeting the end of this month. nothing short of the end of the world is going to keep me from this one. lol Sounds brave doesnt it? Vesta: good to see your smiling face. too. If i missed anyone or anything forgive me since this is sort of like diving in here without a life jacket. Morning, I am posting early as I am off to work. And tonight I have choir practice. Glad to see you back Jan. Thanks to Melissa for her hard work. Special prayers for all the surgeries tomorrow also. I plan to see andrew after my appointment. If he should go into ICU( just wondering) will I be able to get in to see him. I will have no way of knowing as I am going direct from work tomorrow. Goooooooooooood Morning Missssssouri!!! Wowzers welcome back Jan!!! It's great to see ya posting again We're all packed and fixin to load the car and head out soon, prolly around 10am or so. I wanna be up in Sedalia by 2ish so I can drink that mighty fine drink to clean me out lol. Jan my wife has your cell phone number so just as soon as I'm out of surgery she'll give ya a holler. Colette since my surgery is pretty early I shouldnt be going into ICU unless there's a problem, least thats what the anethesiologist said last week. I look forward to meetin up wit ya after your appt. Good Morning All... Wow, all the surgeries tomorrow! Prayers for All. Jan as I said before, welcome back! Yes, we are having a few issues with our son. We aren't talking right now but maybe for now thats best....just keeping him and his fiancee at the altar (in prayer)! I have spoke with our pastor about the situation which he is the one that they will be going to for their pre-wedding counseling! Pastor said that he will pray about it and then call him, if guided to or he will wait for them to come to him. He like we, just can't believe that Jas (our boy) has gone and done this! He as we, is in total shock over this, the boy has done a 180 in his career path. He thinks he still has it all under control but we can already tell that he has got himself into something where he will be 100% manipulated!! Trust me, he was raised better! The date has been set for June 2, 2007 but when our son found that out, he wanted to change the date because it's on the same day as his grandma's birthday (the one no one can stand...she never accepted him as her grandson) and she, the fiancee won't budge! She is all about her and he is thinking witht the wrong body part. I try not to get involved with my kids relationships but man, when you see them in a talespin...what can ya do? I guess it's called life's lessons...man this is gonna be an expensive one! I pray he doesn't take us down with him! Well, enough of that...I have bunches of things to do! Glad everyone is doing good! For those that aren't, we pray that everything will work out soon! Satan always has his nose where it don't belong and we pray that he be gone in Jesus's name, Amen! It's been a rough weekend here. I had to have my significant other arrested on 3rd degree assault charges Friday nite. So now I have all the court things and the physical and emotional heeling to do. If it wasn't for having you guys and gals to LURK with all weekend I don't know what I would have done. But I am a survivor and a hardheaded one at that so I will be alright. Just still so excited I have my consult date coming up. I will keep all you in my prayers for healing and well being. Alan, good luck I will be praying for you. I know you will be playing tug-of-war with Andrew for squatters rights!!JULIA
