Exercise check in......How have you moved today!
I'm just trying to get some motivation started for myself! Maybe it will help others too.
I walked my dog for 40 minutes outside this morning! Brr....It was cold.
I'm 2 years out from Lap Band and have lost about half my weight. I hope to lose another 100 pounds in the next year. Lap Band is a slower weight loss. Hoping to keep the motivation to work out. I started walking a couple of months ago(again) and now will joining a ladies gym next week.
How have you all moved today?
