*St. JOHN'S THE NEXT LEVEL MEETING*

Greetings to everyone! This month's meeting of The Next Level Support Group is scheduled to meet Monday, December 18, 2006, at the St. John's Surgery Center, Classroom 4B, 1229 E. Seminole, Springfield, Missouri. We meet from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Our regular meetings are the fourth Monday of every month except for this month. This is one of the support groups that are part of the comprehensive support group program of the St. John's Bariatric Surgery Program. We have many support groups to choose from. Whatever your need for support, education, information, open sharing and meeting other weight loss surgery patients and support persons, we have a group for you. The Next Level Support Group is exclusively designed for all post-op patients that are 6 months and beyond. You may be a member of our group regardless of where you have had your surgery, any weight loss surgery procedure, and you don't have to be a patient of St. John's Bariatric Surgery Program to attend.
