Hello friends!!! I am home. I had Lap Rny on dec 21 and came home on Dec 23. Thank you all so much for your prayers, thoughts and caring words. I am doing okay, I do have very painful gas thats starting to slowly pass. And my left calf muscle on my leg is very sore, but I think its from non-activity..it only hurts when I am walking and stretching it. My stomach muscles are sore but thats to be expected. I think I will feel alot better once I get the JP drain out on wed. Once again thank you all!!! Take Care, Valerie

Hi Jan, Thanks for the reply. Yes Treece was just a few rooms down the hall from me. When we left the hospital she seemed to be doing okay as well....sore and full of painful gas. I havent talked to her since yesterday but I am sure I will sometime in the next day or so. Take Care and have a great Christmas , Valerie

WOO HOO!! Welcome home Valerie. Wishing you and your family a Blessed Holiday. Keep an eye on the calf pain. Remember hospitals are open on holidays so don't hesitate if it is not better. Julia
