and get it over with. I have been back to working out for the past two weeks after FINALLY being released by my dr.. It has been a LONG drought, medically induced. I am following their guidelines for getting back into the swing of things.... well today... decided to do my cardio on the elliptical. Got my 30+ minutes in with nonstop high intensity movement. Peachy keen Irene right? Well yeah kinda... Did my obligatory cool down walk of 2/10ths a mile... then hit my weights that I "can" do per my dr.... well I usually follow up with another 30+ minutes of lighter cardio otherwise known as fat burn... I normally get the treadmill and hit the incline to at least 5 and crank the speed up and away I go... They were all full and looked like they would be full for awhile. So what did I do? I got the bright idea to do another 30+ minutes on the ellipticals.....this time on the reverse workout. OY VEY .... and I'm not even Jewish (no offense to any Jews or friends of).... Dear dear me.... *poke* *poke*.... I think I have legs.... why yes, they DO look like legs.... but man do they feel floobie as all get out. So again, someone just slap me and get it over with.... Damn Sam did I bust it tonight... Pixielf~*

I'll slap ya if nothing else, for makin' me look bad!!!!!!!!! Holy $#*%!!!! I am doing good to get 15 mins on the eliptical!!!! Then I do the bike and treadmill, all 3 only total 45 mins or so at this point. That eliptical kicks my butt!!!! I do my weight machines before all that, and I too am limited by my dr still. Luckily the time of day I go, there's never a wait on any machines! Are you BRACING yourself!!!??? Oh I just can't do it. No slap today, sorry! Have a instead!! Tami
