Well, now that I'm down 101 pounds I thought I'd put a new pic on the board. The old one is horrible! I can really see a difference, too. I've almost broke my arm patting myself on the back!

I'll try to be more sedate in the future. By the way, where's Sky? I haven't seen any emails from her on the board lately. Is she away from Missouri or what's going on? God bless you all, Linda

Linda love the new picture....You have a right to pat yourself on the back. turn around and i will pat you too. I dont know where Sky is. Once in a great while i will get a email from her but she never gets on the board anymore. Glad you are back. Jan
