Help!!! No one knows who Iam anymore...

lol Not that its a bad thing but, I went to walmarts shopping and My best friend I grew up with, stood down the aisle from me. He didnt regonize me for the longest time..Then he said OMG is that you? is that really you?.... Hello everyone. Its nice to see all the new people on here...that is just great....As you know..when you have WLS you dont stick around the house anymore. I don't...I cannot sit still...Iam always on the go...My energy level has went clear through the roof...I cannot beleve last year, at this time. I weighted 400 lbs. and I could not hardly breath. I could not walk into the next room without leaning on something to breath..Its just toally amazing. Everyday, there is something new that you discover that you can do...NOW, I can sit on my bed reading, sitting with my legs crossed like an indian...WOW....Also, having to get clothes every time you turn around...(Like that really bothers me) lol.......I use to wear in the 50's pants. Now Iam wearing 38's..my best friend Jeff bought a WWE shirt with John Cena on it..its his prize possession.He is skinny and weighs 160lbs...WELL, heeh I put it on and it fit me perfect...and its a large...He said NO WAY...lol It was a pain to find clothes to fit me because I was too big. now its just totally reverse... Another thing to remeber..especially to the new Members...Sometimes you are at a stand still on your weight ..Don't get alarmed like I did...I was told you lose inches then lose lbs. then you lose inches then you lose lbs again...for me its been off and on like that all year....BUT DO WATCH OUT FOR YOUR PANTS FALLING DOWN!!!!! Craig...Thanks for the story....stories like that help us that our waiting for surgery even more anxious!!!! I hope to be in that place on day soon..... Dear Craig, Thanks so much for sharing that with us...I am 4 months out and when I was pre-op, I used to look so forward to reading your posts and see how you were doing!! You probably dont realize this-but you have been a BIG inspiration to me, just because a lot of the struggles you spoke of, I had-but no one ever talked about it, and so a lot of times, I felt really alone-but you always were right there and always had inspiration and I thank you for that! I am glad you feel so good now-and just go all the time-its a really wonderful feeling, isnt it? I hope to lose that much by my one year, WOW! Congrats on the clothes too-how awesome is that? Craig, Gosh I only met you the day of your surgery. I would probably pass you up and not know you too. You look fantastic and have lost a lot more weight than me. I also feel fantastic. Craig I dont post much but I wanted to take the time to tell you that i do read I can remember when you just came on here trying so hard to get this done . I use to read all you post andt hink to myself how fast my frist year went. I lost 128 in my first year. I will soon be at my 2 year mark and im still at the same wieght i dont gain but i dont lose. I would like to get to 140 but i have given up. I try to watch it so i dont gain anything but it looks like this is where im gonna stay . I am back to the no will power thing and it takes that after your 1 st year. I have to tell you that you do look great you have came a lone ways and you just keep up the good work dont ever try any sugar alway fear it cause once you go back to eating the old ways come back trust me just stay off it. I wish you all the best and your right it does change you i want to go all the time and no one eles does it makes it hard but i get by. You keep it up your looking great and thanks for all you oost threw out the year its been wonderful reading them God bless you. Tammy
