PEANUT BUTTER!!!!!
Sorry it's taken me a week to put this up on the board but here it is, for those who asked in the support group......this is the peanut butter we use now, NATURALLY MORE: 2Tbsp=11fat, 10protein,4fiber,2sugar. 169cal(made with flax seed which helps you digestion/skin/hair)
compared to JIFF:2Tbsp=16fat,8protein,2fiber,3sugar.190cal.
You do have to stir the Natually More peanut butter and after opening it has to be stored in the fridge but it's YUUUUUMMMMYY!!! I get it at Wal-mart and it's a short jar.
****side note: I have a job interview on Wed. morning! PRAYERS PLEASE!!!!! I'm still employed, just ready to move on. Thanks Prayer Warriors!!!! I hope to have a chance to catch up on the board later this week!

I have been meaning to write you anyway about the vitamin issue-I know, I know-but I have slept since I saw you in February and I looked all over for the post and couldnt find it...I have bought the pre-natal, I have calcuim citrate-and my B12 sublingual-do you still do biotin? And-would you recommend it since I am starting to lose my hair at alarming rates-BUT all of my labs came back in normal range-so everything looked really good....I know your busy-so just reply when you have time-thanks!!

the vits: I never took biotin....I lost hair too, I can't say what helps as I never tried to take anything for that. I believe it's going to happen no matter what you do so it's up to you. If spending the $$ is worth saving a few strands, go for it! Just my 2 cents. : )
My daily supplements are: calcium citrateX3, prenatalX1, stool softenerX2, flaxseed oil capsulesX2, and then I also take OTC ranitidine for the acid reflux(GERDS pre-op)150mgX2daily. That's all I do. As I mentioned previously if you are a woman and you still have your period, you need to find out if you need more iron than the prenatal gives you cause that's not a concern for me anymore. I do not know the requirements of iron.

Thanks for the info....I appreciate it sooo much~On the biotin-my surgeon recommended it-and I still have a lot left in the bottle-thats why I asked-and IF it were JUST a few strands-thats one thing-I have lost literally HALF of my hair-and I know this sounds sad....but throughout my fat life-my hair WAS the only thing I really really liked about myself-so I am getting a little concerned at the rate its falling out-and I AM doing EVERYTHING I am suppose to do-by vitamins AND protein AND water AND excercise!~Oh well-I guess I can always cut it and grow it back later-right?
