I went BLONDE!!!!!

Hey folks! I went a LITTLE crazy yesterday...I always wanted to ry goign blonde sooooo...I went to the salon and asked for Jackie Warner's hair!!! She has a reality show called "Workout" and I love her hair.....I put three new pics up in my photo album on my profile so go look and tell me if you think I need to go back to brunette.  I'm ASKING so be HONEST!!!!   I'm getting ALOT of weird LOOKS as I venture from the house and the neighbor kid says it makes me look like an OLD lady!!! LOL Tami

Dear Tami, I LOVE IT-you look so freaking cute!!! I wish I had the guts to do that myself~I dont think you should change it back-and what did the neighbor kid know anyway? I dont think you look older~I think its stunning on you~ You said a tattoo is next? Cant wait to see what you decide to do on that one!!  Cant wait to see you in person at the meeting too!  Love ya! Well Janet I thank you for your comments! My sister's email was right after yours in my inbox and hers was this..... "CHANGE IT BACK TO BROWN FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"  lol

I thought as much!! lol Oh well.....I'm still giving it a couple of days....I THINK!!! : )  She did also say she thought it made me look like our aunt, much older and....... "harder" was actually the word she used. Sooooooo, I hope all the folks who "view" will also tell me HONESTLY what they think....I see there's been several viewers, but yours is the only response!  Be brave folks, I can take it.....it's only hair color and it can be changed!!!! So if not blonde, then what? I've got GRAY and need to start covering it!!!! I've NEVER colored my whole head before. My sister thinks I'm lukcy to still have hair left after doing this to it! I have a good friend who knows all about WIGS though, and I considered that before going to the salon!! : ) Janet, as for the tattoo.....I thought I'd get it THIS year, but not sure of what to get still.....I want to do one all the way around my middle where my scar is from my LBL. I need to go to a shop and get some ideas and it's been over a year since I've even been in one.  After eading my sister's email, I took her advice.....I'm posting another "funny" pic on my profile in a bit.  Hugs, Tami

Dear Tami, I agree with Tammy, I think its because its different-that your sister reacted that way-it takes anyone a few days to get used to such a drastic change-I would DEFINITELY give it AT LEAST a week before you change it back!!  What does your hubby think? Your kids? Most importantly-YOU.....???? Maybe....you could go have some brownish or carmel highlights? I dont know Tami-but, I hope you will leave it-I would love to see you in person at the meeting..... Also-there are ALWAYS more lurkers than posters AND a lot of our "peeps" who know you personally-are away from the puters for the holiday weekend. Also-I hope you dont think I would lie to you-I didnt-I REALLY REALLY do like it-but then, you could be bald and I think your a cutie pie and your such an inspirational person to me-I hate that someone would tell you they dont think you look cute!!! Girl....Loved the blonde!!!!!! I didn't think it made you looke older at all.........I thought your brown hair was fine too, I would say it's more about what you like.......If you like the blonde keep it that way for a bit.....sometimes when you make a change like that, people just have to have time to adjust.......But I would go with what I like and made me feel good!!!!!! ......................HUGS.....

I thought you looked adorable with the brunette....but I also like the blonde. Makes you look like a HOT MAMA!  I agree with everyone else and say keep for a little bit and then see how it goes. It does take people a little while to adjust. Trust me...Ive had orange hair, green hair (bad dye job), light brown and even black hair (which really didn't go well...made me look like a ghost). People won't necessary tell you but you can tell by their facial expression if they really like it or not. But all in all...it really only matters what you think.

Well I'm going to get some adjustments done at 4:30pm today! I'll keep ya posted. Not sure what I'm getting done but I don't quite feel like leaving the way it is.   Hugs, Tami

Thanks Pam! I had decided to go back at 4:30 today and get some brown added OR something, but then changed my mind on that! I'm going to keep it for the week and I've got an appt for this coming Sat. to go in if I still want to make a change. : ) Hugs, Tami
