If you post ops are near your 4th month out, or remember it well, I have a question.  How many calories did you consume at this point?  How much weight had you lost?  Im almost 4 months out and was just wondering where I should be.  I try to keep it under 800 calories- but it seems like Im always hungry.  Would it be head hunger still??  I have lost 80 pounds so far, so I must be dong something right- but I sure do have those days when I feel like everything Im doing is wrong.  Oh yeah, another question- I have never had trouble with my protein shakes, but for the last few weeks they have been upsetting my belly after drinking them- anyone else have this problem?

Robin, I honestly don't count calories but I would estimate I eat 700-900 each day.  I just concentrate on protein and water and so far it has worked for me.  I know at some point I'm going to have to start getting more serious about the calories but I'm procrastinating.  I'm still not really hungry at  five months out.  Sometimes my head says it's time to eat but my tummy doesn't really know for sure. Regarding the protein shakes, I can't drink them made with milk at all.  I've re-developed lactose intolerance so only do the bullets or Nectar or use Vanilla in my coffee.  Good luck to you.
