It Is Starting.

Well today is the first day of my 3 month doctor supervised diet.  It is part of my insurance request.  I have United Health Care for my primary and Aetna for my secondary insurance.  Now my work decided to not make it avalible for there employees, so my husbands insurance is going to cover it (Aetna). Any ever have an issue with having two insurance companies. I know that I have to get a denial letter from my primary insurance provider.  I dont think that will be a problem.  Now I am having an issue finding an nutritionst wich is another one of Aetna's request.  I cant seem to locate a doctor in the area.  Anyone have Aetna and had to go to the nutritionst?  Who did you see? Kansas City area.  Thanks for all the help

Your lucky you only need a 3 month supervised diet, Most insurance companies require at least a 6 month one. Not sure about the 2 insurance companies. But hey..good luck. Denise

I also just started my 6-month doctor supervised diet.  My dr set up my appointment with our hospital.  I will be meeting with the dietician next week.   Hope this helps.
