10:00 a.m. 1 ****d Tea w/ Lemon & Sweetener
12:00 1/2 Turkey Bacon & Lettuce Sandwich (W/ Miracle Whip) (lunch) 1:00 p.m. 1/2 C Punch Gatorade 3:00 p.m. 1 Yoplait 100 Cal Yogurt w/ 1 Small Banana & 1/4 C Granola toooooo much food, now I feel sick
5:30 p.m. 1 C Salad w/ Honey Mustard Dressing 1/4 C Mashed Potatoes 1/4 C Cooked Spinach 1 mini ear of corn 1/2 oz of grilled chicken 8:00 p.m. 1C Rice Crispies w/ 1/2 C Skim Milk

8:am one 8oz of soymilk with 1/4 cup frozen strawberries protein smoothie
10:am 3 protein balls
12 noon again with the strawberry smoothie
2pm 4 saltines and cheese
5pm 1 small chicken leg broiled , 1/4 cup of califlower, 1/2 biscuit(yeah i know)
8pm 2 crackers and cheese
80oz of crystle lite peach tea
thats it thats what i ate

This is a great idea but with me being pre-op what I eat is going to sound like a lot to you guys!!!!! Ok I will do this anyway even after seeing how little you all eat. 6/12/07 Breakfast ~ weigh****chers muffin Lunch ~ baked chicken breast 1/2 c. applesauce salad w/ff dressing crystal light Snack ~ sm bag of mini rice cakes
Dinner ~ 6 oz filet steak (friends birthday dinner) mashed potato aspergus bread and butter
Snacks~ sm slice of birthday cake (very small) 8 oz 2% milk
