No Breakfast
Lunch: Weigh****chers Chicken Suiza
Snack: cantelope (tooo Much To mention) LOL
Dinner: Another WW dinner Chicken Suiza again
Snack; Cantelope again
A little later snack: Piece of strawberry cake (I know but we gotta be honest right?)
Water lots of water it's my new cigarette
Then later in the night two pices of whole wheat toast w/ miracle whip on it

We all ate differently before our surgery too. The way I looked at it...each day before my surgery, I did the best I could each day. I will tell anyone that the smartest thing you could do, is just what we are doing here.
I found that the 8 weeks or so from the time I decided to have surgery, went to my seminar and actually HAD the surgery, I could have done a lot better.
I lost 20 pounds before my surgery, and I wish I'd lost a LOT more, for the simple fact, that EVERY pound that I could have lost before surgery, was one LESS that I had to try to carry around right after surgery, when it's soooo hard, just to carry yourself to the toilet....
It is sooooo wonderful to see that you are drinking your water.
