7:00 a.m.   Eggnog flavored Coffee Breakfast   10:00 a.m.     Strawberry Protein Drink w/ Ice& Strawberries.... (((I am trying))) Snack   12:00             Diet Orange Soda over ice & Hazelnuts.... Lunch          Garden Veggie Soup & (3) sugar free wafer cookies 2:00 p.m. Dinner          1 Cup Salad  5:30             1/4th  Grilled Chicken Strip                       1/4 C GreenBeans                        1/4 C Pasta Salad Snack          1/2 C peach, strawberry, mandarin orange, pineapple 7:00  Midnight Snack  1/2 C Rice Crispies & 1/3 C Milk

In my eating frenzy.... :haha:  I forgot to add I had a sugar free coffee, the kind you make w/ water.  around 8:00 p.m. last night too... It must be hormonal, because the last 2 days, I am HUNGRY.

breakfast---protein shake made with 8oz of soy milk and frozen strawberries  30 grams of protein

snack: 2 string cheese sticks                                                          7grams protein

lunch 4 saltine crackers and 2 tbls of tuna salad                              15 grams protein

snack 3 peanut butter balls ----------------------                               30 grams protein

supper protein shake same as above                                              30 grams protein

snack rice cakes 2

total protein 112 grams protein

90 oz water

good morning.. breakfast------protein drink with strawberries lunch...about 1/4 of a ham and cheese omlet snack......rice cake and peanut butter supper......2 tab. of beans and taboli snack rice cake and peanut butter and S/F jelly vial of protein I had a weird eating day....Vesta

7am   Chocolate Protein Shake

9-10am Chicken Soup with five crackers 12noon Chocolate Protein shake 1pm Lunch of Chicken Soup with five Crackers Snack , Coffee, with on dairy creamer and sweetner or FF pudding 6pm CHicken soup again with five crackers.  Homeade Chicken Soup is  my favorite but Iam venturing out eating other things .

Day 2 of liquid diet I had 5 shakes shake 1 and 2 was 1chocolate and 1 vanilla mixed....I got up at noon so did 2 at one time... shake 3 was made with 3 frozen peaches shake 4 made with crystal light shake 5 was chocolate 1 can of beef broth 2 sf popsicles bowl of jello total calorie was 1010

while the family ate their dinner I ate jello.  it helped me feel like I wasnt missing out on anything. 13 days till surgery nutti:wave:

OKAY yesterday wasn't a very great day for me Breakfeast:N/A Lunch: Pizza street 3 pieces(didn't go back for seconds) Snack: watermelon Dinner: quesdilla and taco supreme Late night snack: Carrots w/ a little ranch dip Water lots and lots of water Guess I need to start keeping track of my water intake Take care  Hugs Chelle
