Sorry, kept trying to update my (yesterday) on my blog, and it kept erasing... Here we go...

Didnt have much yesterday my neck hurt so bad that it hurt to chew even. lol good diet hurt your neck and you cant eat.

supper part of a chicken thigh and 1/3 cup of brocollia
snack had my citracal choc creamy bites lol that made a good snack. I think i will start saving them to have at night when the sweet munchys come calling.
