Join in with us.  IT'S EASY!!  Just add what you ate/drank YESTERDAY..... HERE.... Each Day we'll be able to be accountible for what we put in our mouth!   This is open for PRE & POST OPS.....and if you are on clear liquids,...etc...this may help you "stay on the straight and narrow".  I'll Go First (and I do not claim to be an expert on what we should eat NOR claim that what I eat is the RIGHT things to eat) 6:30 a.m.     1/2 C Gatorade

10:00 a.m.   2 Eggs, 1 Piece French Toast w/ S.F. Syrup & Coffee B-fast            Father's Day Breakfast

 Lunch             6 chips & salsa 2:30 p.m.       Snack:    Bell Pepper & Pineapple                      Later Bottled Water

Dinner       3 Bites Steak 5:30            1/4th baked potato                     2 TB corn                    2 TB Zucchini, bell pepper                   Piece of French Bread                                                ****Later Iced Tea & 3 TB Coconut Cream Pie

10:00         1 piece cheese Snack       3 Wheat Crackers

I slept so much yesterday from the flexeril again that i didnt eat much.

Breakfast;;;;;strawberry protein smoothie

no lunch was asleep

supper 1 small riblet( like they use for McDonalds) and 1 strawberry protein smoothie.

snack   3 protein balls.

70oz of water.

yesterday was a weird day for me...

Breakfast......protein shake with fruit

lunch...1oz ham, wasnt hungry

snack..protein ball, jerky

supper...protein shake

I wanted popsicles all day

went to bed at 8oclock

ok, I will join in today. Bfk.  hard boiled egg and 1 cup coffee. snack.  protein bar - 20 gms lunch - apple, and another protein bar snack- approximately 1 cup popcorn supper - 2 pieces of celery with peanut butter, 1/2 cup beef strogonoff, with small bites of tender cooked beef. and 3 TBS. of whole kernel corn 64 oz of water But I feel great !!!  Also all of my vitamins

Hi sweetheart..... YUM is all I can say....I wanted to ask, what brand of protein bar do you prefer?  I get bored with them after a while :)  Love ya! S
