Lunch 6 chips & salsa 2:30 p.m. Snack: Bell Pepper & Pineapple Later Bottled Water
Dinner 3 Bites Steak
5:30 1/4th baked potato
2 TB corn
2 TB Zucchini, bell pepper
Piece of French Bread
****Later Iced Tea & 3 TB Coconut Cream Pie
10:00 1 piece cheese Snack 3 Wheat Crackers

I slept so much yesterday from the flexeril again that i didnt eat much.
Breakfast;;;;;strawberry protein smoothie
no lunch was asleep
supper 1 small riblet( like they use for McDonalds) and 1 strawberry protein smoothie.
snack 3 protein balls.
70oz of water.
