I'm sorry for not checking my mail on here...I haven't been signed in for forever and when I did today...just to ask a question, I was surprised to see that so many had wrote me and I wasn't even aware!....duh!

I am doing fine, David is fine, the kids and grandkids are good too!
I will be going to see Dr H today for a fill but I'm scared to death that I'm going to get some news that I REALLY don't want! I had mentioned a awhile back about a small rash at my "fill" site...no biggy. Well, that rash has pretty much taken over my body. I am having to use 4 different types of ointments to keep this creeping crud in place. My fear is that with the rash still here and not subsiding I may be allergic to the Lap Band materials but can't find any information on the subject! If this is the case then I will probably have to have the Lap Band removed! I have lost almost 35lbs by my scales and am just a few pounds away from my first "mini" goal! I love my Lap Band and don't want to lose it but if it comes down to that or my life...the Lap Band is out of there!
As for me not being on the board much...I have been reading but I'm sure you all understand that with this rash eating at me, it's hard to sit still much less think and sit still...especially with all the meds, creams and ointments I'm having to use...I feel like a greased pig....no pun intended!
The heat and humidity are causing this rash to itch like crazy. I'm gonna have to start wearing gloves to keep from digging into my skin!
I hope and pray that this Lap Band is not the cause...just stress or something like that maybe....nothing bad though...we rebuke all bad things that can be caused by a rash!
Is everyone going to the picnic today? My appt. is at 3:15. I'm afraid everyone will be heading home by then. Maybe I could come by earlier?
Does anyone have the directions to the park or the park name? I think I have it around here somewhere...if I don't make it in time, theres always the reunion.
Well, this rash is driving me crazy so I need to get off here and go soak!

SO GOOD to see you~We have missed you terribly. I am going to stand in agreement with you right now, that it isnt the lap band causing the rash. Please post as soon as your appt is over with and your up to it-so we will know what happened.
Denise just posted directions to the Sedalia picnic in her post and from 2 different directions coming in-its at Liberty Park-how far is that from you? Im sure they would love to see you beforehand since they may be done after your appt is over etc. I hope you get a chance to see everyone and say hi.
Did you, by chance, get to see the post about the reunion and where its going to be and etc-in case you need to make reservations, if your staying overnite?
