Each Day we'll be able to be accountible for what we put in our mouth!   This is open for PRE & POST OPS.....and if you are on clear liquids,...etc...this may help you "stay on the straight and narrow".  I'll Go First (and I do not claim to be an expert on what we should eat NOR claim that what I eat is the RIGHT things to eat) 6:30 a.m.     1/2 C Coffee

8:00 a.m.   1 Piece French Toast w/ S.F. Syrup, 1 Piece Bacon & Coffee B-fast            

Lunch            1/2 Tomato & 4 slices Cuke w/ Italian Dressing 1:00 p.m.      Snack:      5 mini pizza rolls                      Later Bottled Water

Dinner       2 TBL Mango 5:30           1/2 C Salad                    1/4 C Grilled Chicken                     2 TBL Grilled Potato Chunks                            ****Later 1.5 ****d Tea & 1/2 C Jello w/ Coolwhip           Snack       1 C Mexican Coffee

Breakfast......2 protein balls lunch....1/4 cup wendys chili snack...1/4 c. chili supper...2 oz roast beef, 1/2 cup aspargus  snack.....protein shake with strawberries and bananna popsickles and water all  thru the day vesta

Hi everyone- Havent had such a good food history lately-I was told from my bariatric surgeon that I SHOULD be trying to get my protein etc in by foods this far out-but havent had much luck the past few days....however-my tummy has been upset-so.... 6-8 am- 1 1/2 C coffee w/creamer and splenda 8 am- 8 oz chocolate ON Protein shake....26 g protein 11 am- 6 oz strawberry yogurt 3 pm- 6 grapes, granola bar 7 pm- 6-8 oz chocolate ON Protein shake....26 g protein 11 pm- 1 sf fudgesicle 80 oz of fluid during the day, between water, crystal light and shakes

hmmmmmm  yesterday right? Brekkie had a bunch of coffee (black/no cream or sugar) and two hard boiled eggs. Lunch was 3 scrambled eggs (plain w/ nothing added) Dinner was an ultra lean small KC strip steak grilled outside (nothing added) and 1 c of salad w/ 5 sprays of salad dressing spritzer. Of course all through the day I drank a TON of water.  I got through the Evian 1/2 liter bottle like noones business.  I know I drank at least 5-6 of those at work along with two diet Fresca's. Later that night I also drank 2 more cups of black coffee and I had some SF Crystal Light Strawberry/Mango drink mix --THIS IS VERY VERY GOOD!!! Elizabeth------->
