well yesterday was a sort of hard day about food....traveling and all
breakfast;;;;;strawberry protein smoothie and 1/2 cup of Beckys citrus cup. 30gram protein
snack watermellon 1smal triangal and bite off another one.
lunch: 6 small protein balls 30 grams protein
supper: 1 piece of chicken tender. ??? on protein on the road traveling. made me sick had to have Joe stop the truck and i threw it up.
had 3 protein balls when i got home. 30grams protein
