OT - My recent car accident

I just need to vent...so sorry....this has been an awful week for me.  Last Saturday, I was on the way to my uncle's birthday party and I thought I would stop at the local convenience store and get some snacks to share.   Unbeknowst to me, there was a man in a pick up truck that decided to pull out of the parking lot at the same time that I did and we collided.   Luckily no bodily injury, but both of our cars had some minor damage.  I took the initiative to call the police (he didn't think it was necessary - and now I''m glad I did); because I received a call from my insurance company saying apparently he disputes what happened and has a third party witness that was inside the convenience store and heard him honk his horn to warn me that he was in my line of sight.  Oh course that never happened...no car horn was blurted until after we collided.   Anyway according to my insurance company, I am 100% liable; and they will pay for all the damages on his truck.... I am so mad...because with it being that it was in a parking lot...I think we were both to blame and he should be an adult about it and accept his share of the blame.   The only thing broken on my car was my tailight and a small dent in the bumper...His passenger door was slightly and I mean slightly damaged or dented.  THIS JUST ISN'T FAIR and it STINKS.... Sorry just had to vent....
