Good morning, Bob! Yes, let's support each other! Let me know when your surgery date is set. Mine was set before the meeting with nutritionist, dr and nurse, but yours could be different! I bugged the heck out of Jennifer Schnell, my guardian angel at Dr. Scott's office, and she probably got tired of my phone calls! 
But, you would never know, as she is so sweet! I put in to be on your friend's list. We will definitely keep in touch! Best luck!

Yes, this is a long journey, but you have to learn a word that has always been tough for me - patience! I think most people you talk to have had a long wait! By the time my surgery date rolls around, it will have been 8 months since I started this project. Others have waited over a year. You are dealing with so many different people and agencies (drs, nutritionist, psychologist, trainer, insurance, etc etc) it is frustrating, but just stay the course! You WILL get there, promise!
