WHATS HAPPENING FRIDAY

Im going to get this started before I go to work so all I will have to do is update it when I get home tonight.

 

Everyone will keep Melissa in pray today and until we hear so really good news about her. The good Lord is watching her and I know that things are going to be worked out according to his will.We sometimes question what his will is and why things have to happen but there is always a reason. The down the road thing is hard for us as mere mortals to understand but all of it is understandable to Christ our Savior.

 

When my Dad died I just couldn’t see any reason for that but there was good that came out of it. My nephew was saved a few weeks later and became a minister. And it was because of my Dad. He kept remembering some things that my dad had said to him and for him to do. He has become a good Godly man and he was on the path of destruction

 

I have to go to work at 3 pm today and then work Saturday 9am till 5pm. So if anyone wants to get hold of me email me and I will give you out my phone number. I carry my phone with me all the time. If I don’t answer just leave me a message and I will get back with you as soon as I can.

 

Have made a meatloaf for Joe and the kids for supper tonight. I like doing that for them before I go to work. Last night I didn’t work but early in the morning I made a casserole and put it in the ref so I could heat it up when we got thru working but I forgot it and did porkchops for supper so now that is in the freezer to be done on Saturday when I work.

Caseroles or meatloaf and things in the crock pot are easy to fix and make a nice meal even if im not hear.

 

Got one of my ponds working out front but hopefully Friday will be nice and I can figure out what is going on with the other one. Didn’t have time today. I went out and weeded all around the ponds tho and it is really looking pretty out there. My neighbor gave me a start of cat tails I don’t know whether I want to put it in the front ponds or the back ones

 

ELIZABETH : Yeah I always do my post in word so I can work on it and save and work and save. Last night I had it all done and was copy and paste and when I put it on OH it just disappeared , then I when back to do it again and it did the same thing . only this time when I went back to get it the 3 time it was totally gone. When I brought it up it gave a web site on OH I went to that and was someones profile that I have no idea who they were or anything , someone in Calif. LOL don’t tell me the gremlins weren’t  working overtime. Lol .

Sounds like you had a long exciting night lol. Hope you made lots of tips and it was worth it.

 

JANET: Just know that every one is praying for Melissa. And we all will intercede tomorrow morning at 10am. She is a very very sick girl isnt she. Any one of those things is bad let alone all of them. God can heal and God can give those doctors the wisdom to take care of her and to do this surgery well.

Sounds like some of her problems are still coming from the hernia operation that she had here while back.

 

I read your other post about what they said . Tell Terry that we are praying for him as well and you too sweetie. Take care of yourself and if you get a chance give Melissa a big kiss and hug from all of us. And tell her we love her.

 

 

SHERR: So very sorry that you have been so sick baby what are we going to do with you and getting so sick. I was hoping that after surgery that you wouldn’t get so sick like that.

Take care of yourself.

Tell your mother that we are praying for her surgery of double knee replacement.

Hopefully she will be just fine and recover quickly.

 

NO we never do fine without you . We miss you very much. I kept trying to send you messages but this web site keeps knocking the messages off or something.

 

How is the boyfriend from Memphis ? Is that still on?

 

Hope you feel like being on here more. And keep us posted on your health and your mothers.

 

 

DEANNA: Happy birthday and I hope you had a great one. I guess so since you are with Lloyd. So glad that he turned out to be a really good guy. Im so happy for you. You deserve to be happy and to have someone love you in return .

How is Cody? Is he still with your brother? Have fun and keepus informed ok?

 

 

SUGAR: We will keep your mil in our prayers. That is an awful illness , more so on the rest of the family more than the patient. It is sad.

 

 

Well I just got home and am sort of tired but decided to get this finished up and posted. So everyone hold their breath and hope that it doesn’t mess up tonight.

Hi Jan and MO Peeps- This is going to be quick as I am headed out to the hospital. I got a call at 7:30 from Mel-they were taking her down to surgery. I prayed with her on the phone. Im mad-I didnt get to hug her and all before she went down-and she was all alone-dang it!! My heart is so very heavy today. Please keep her and her hubby, family and my family in your prayers today~ I am standing in faith that I WILL be on here posting good news in a couple of hours. Jan-could you please do the weekly weigh in post for me today? If not, no biggie-IF Jan is working today-can someone do it for me? Thanks-and if not-I will do it later or next week. I appreciate it. **Sherr-you should NOT be getting any more calls on the car-actually, you should not have as of Weds-they have picked up the car-we just got sick of them calling everyone-and even though the attny said we could keep it until we actually went to court-it really wasnt worth the hassle that all of you went through-Im sorry-IF they call you again-would you PLEASE do me a favor and tell them the conversation is being recorded and ask HOW they got your number? Explain we KNOW your not on any paperwork because I got the car in april 2005 and didnt even meet you until July of 2006. Tell them we WILL use the recording to show our attny they are harrasing and thats illegal. THanks and again, Im so very very sorry. Im sorry your not feeling well and hope your better soon-I am praying for you and your family. Hope everyone is good. I still havent heard from Nutti on her surgery or her family members-and I left messages on her cell AND her home number (Mel had her home number) I will post or have someone post for me IF they call today. Good Morning OH and Jan I haven't posted on the whats happening board in a few days. I have had my grand-daughter and have been enjoying every moment I can with her. My fasting period is coming up and I am almost sure that it won't be easy for me. So, I have told the kids that I won't be able to take my grand-kids during that period. I know, sounds kinda selfish but the kids will have to eat and I woud rather not be around it. My heart is heavy for Mel, her family, and her friends this morning. I feel the lord is going to heal her but I know the stress and struggles that they are all going to have to go through. I certainly hope that she can get some relief now. I just continue to pray and I know everyone from here is praying. With all of us praying I think everything will come out okay. Jan, meatloaf sounds good!! Can you no longer eat that after surgery?? I'm glad to hear that you still enjoy cooking for your family. I also enjoy cooking for my family and was worried about that after surgery. Sherr, I hope your head is feeling better. I get migraines and I know they are no fun at all. Janet, I know you must be tired but hopefully it won't be long before Mel is feeling better. I think once they get that abcess out she'll feel better. I will continue to pray for Mel and everyone else on the board. It seems like we have so many suffering right now. You know satan doesn't like to see any of us rejoice and when he does he tries to sabotage it so lets rebuke him like Craig said in the name of Jesus Christ and see if we can get some feeling better. Hey all!!  I just wanted to take a quick sec before we went out for the day to say that we're having a BLAST here in New Orleans!! Went to Bourbon St last night for my first time ever, it was really cool...stayed out til about 1am... tonight we're going to the wedding at the St Louis Cathedral....should be really awesome, it is a really NICE place and you have to know someone who knows someone to get your wedding there!  It's going to be complete with a parade and all...yipeeee!! I love you all and you are all in my thoughts and prayers!

Thank you Jan.  I really did have a very nice birthday and thank you for remembering.  Lloyd and I spent the entire day together so it was very nice.  We went on a picnic at the lake, went hiking, and just sat and talked for hours on end.  I am back at my brother's now and already miss Lloyd terribly.  I had to leave this morning and hated it.  There has only ever been one other man in my life that it was so hard to leave and that was my dad when he died and I had to leave him at the funeral home.  I think I cried for the first 100 miles of my trip back home.  Cody is doing well and yes he did stay here with my brother and loved every minute of it.  But 5 days away from mom is about his limit.  Now we are trying to plan a trip for Lloyd to come to St. Louis later this summer.  I can't wait.  It can't come fast enough.  Well, just wanted to say hi.  It is very late and I drove about 500 miles today.  Talk to you all soon.
