Next Step........

Hello, Well I went to Dr. Hornbostel's seminar this week.  Now I am on the next step.  I need to find a pyscholigist to have a pysch eval.  Does anyone have any recommendations for dr near St. Charles or St. Louis?  I am currently working on my 3rd month for the doctor supervised diet.  I will try to post more.  I an always reading the forums but post very little. Hi Kelly. I am just starting my doctor supervised diet.  My PCP recommended Dr Chris Eagon.  So thats who I will be calling.  I decided to start a diet again first to see if I can do this myself, but also went to my PCP to make sure its documented, so that way if it doesnt work, I dont have to try again for  6 months to get approval.   Anyway, thats the recommendation I was given, so I will pass that on to you.  A lot of people here use other doctors, I think its just something you have to research a lot. Hi Kelly, it is Linda.  We were at the seminar together.  I also don't have any suggestions for a Psychologist, however, being one I will tell you that you can look in your phone book under mental health or Psychologist and call.  You might want to specify that you need a Psychological evaluation for bariatric surgery only.  Keep me posted.
