Yeee Hawww..NO MORE BP MEDS!!!!

I went to the doctor Tuesday to talk to her about having really bad dizzy spells when I move any at all...I had quit my BP meds two days before cause I figured it was that and they needed to be lowered...Got to the doctor and my BP was 110/62...she said stay off them for good!!!!! I still have several pills to pop but it was great getting rid of at least one of them!!!!! Boy I love these WOW moments!!!! Hugs...Tammy H

YAHOOO!!!  I long for the day when I can stop all my stinkin' meds and only take vitamins....won't that be great! Congrats :-)

Tammy, Isn't that great news !!!! I was also able to get off of my BP meds......when I went into my GP's office for a check-up, they said that my BP was really low (know wonder that I didn't have any energy!).    I was told to stop the BP meds immediately also. That was my first WOW  moment for me.    I just couldn't believe it.   I'm still having a hard time believing ! Beca
