Okay...well, here goes nothing!  My first attempt at a daily post...I think this will be good for preops and postops alike. What did you eat today?? B: Choc Protein Shake S: 20 oz water L: Choc Protein Shake S: 20 oz water D: Mixed Berry Protein Shake LS: still working on some water....it's been a slow water day since I was in car for 3 hours and didn't wanna have to stop and pee all the time!!! How did you do???? Once I get postop I'll be tracking calories and all that junk...but here's what I have for now....

Bkfst...choc shake water lunch..diet root beer float shake water dinner...boca burger ( No bread) cabbage, tomatoes, cantaloupe water snack..banana how did i do???

looks good to me!  but then again, I'm on all liquids...so any food looks good  he he How did you make your diet root beer float shake??

1 scoop of protein powder 23 grams

Breakfast  Strawberry smoothie protein shake------30 grams protein snack   2 protein balls --------------------------------------20 ggrams protein Lunch : Peach protein smoothie shake----------------30 grams protein Supper 2 baked pieces of chicken breast ----------- 15 grams protein 1/2 cup of broc and califlower mix. -----------------------2 grams protein                                                            total protein         97 grams protein  90 oz water today.

WOW, look at you go with your protein...that's awesome!  You are an inspiration for sure :-D I tried to make a peach protein shake and the peaches mom had in her freezer weren't very flavorful at all, I think I'm gonna look for some peach extract when I go to the grocery store...

Breakfast----frozen peaches.protien shake 8oz of cran/grape juice with half water lunch---the inside of a chimichanga...meat and bean w shred cheese strawberry banana protien shake 8oz crangrape/water dinner---3 bites of purreed grilled chicken breast  mashed potatos with cream of mushroom soup gravy chocolote protien shake. and in between all of this I ate on ice from sonic and drinking the melted water from a rt 44 cup O ice one sf popsicle ok someone who knows....is this too much?   not enough? how much protien you suppose to get? nutti

you are doing great. when i was only out as far as you are i sure couldnt do that well but probably isnt too much ... each doctor wants a different amount of protein. but from what i can find on my own 90 grams is about the amount that you need to get the body to start losing. Dont know how much is in each of your shakes? Is it ON protein powder? if so there is 24 grams of protein in one scoop so looks like you are doing great. on that looks like you are doing wonderful on the water amount too. good girl. great going. I think Dr. Baker's stuff says between 60 and 90 g protein a day....or something like that..... YUM...food.....sounds good :-)
