Accountability: What did you eat Thursday??
I'm having trouble keeping things down!
Protein shake- (partial) When I ride in the car it seems I get sick if I drink or eat anything. I was in the car all day!
Lunch-Chicken noodle soup (kept it down!)
I ate cottage cheese to try and get some protein in 13 g
Supper- chicken noodle soup
Protien bullet- 3 oz. 42 g
Water today (between episodes of nausea) 22 oz
I am not doing good!
I get so sick drinking sweet stuff. It takes everything I can do to get it down. Any suggestions? I am in awe of the person who had their RNY on the 27th of June and is eating well. My surgery was the 13th and as you can see, I suck at this!

AM Snack - SF applesauce
Lunch - Small grilled hamburger, no bun
Tomato, onion, mustard
Slice of cheese
Snack - Small apple and 1 1/2 T peanut butter
Dinner - Cheese/chicken quesadilla - 1/2
Snack - SF popcicle
Don't have time to figure out the protein but since the bullet is 42g I think I surely got in at least 65g

chocolate protien shake= 21g protien
1/2c sf skim milk pudding=4g protien
chocolate protien shake= 21g protien
1/2 cottage cheese=12g protien
total protien today 60g
Yeah! I did it!
64oz water and crystal light
6 miles of walking ( I've been at a confrance that requires lots of walking)

and water all day...need to get a jug that tells me how much i drink
