Agree with you 100% about Nancy, she is great to work with and really tells you what to expect and plan for at the hospital and afterwards. I'm two-weeks in front of you on Dr. De La Torre's schedule so I'll be able to comment more about it all prior to your date, let me know if you have questions. Tammy
