Hi everyone: B=1 cup coffee w/splenda and creamer 6 oz Strawberry protein shake w/real strawberries=30 g protein L=1/4 peanut butter and sf grape jam sandwich D=1 pc of crustless pizza pie (toppings were pepperoni, bacon and beef, with 3 diff cheeses and sauce) Not sure abt protein
S=protein bar=16 oz protein and 1 sf fudgesicle and one 6 oz Chocolate protein shake=30 g of protein
96 oz of fluid between coffee, milk, crystal light and water
