WOW! WOW! WOW!

Yesterday I went to an office where I had been before. I sat down in the chair, and I decided I was going to read something. I hopped out of the chair and got the paper, then sat back down. Then it hit me! The last time I had been here, I had to SQU-E-E-ZE, Into the chair. This time I had room.  I also went to the store to see what size I could get into. I originally was a size 28. I tried on 22s to big. I put on a 20 fit okay. I pulled on a pair of 18s! I have not been able to get 18s over knees in years! This time I got them up over my hips! In a few weeks they will be mine! Funny though, I feel embarassed when I tell someone though. The biggie (no pun intended), my husband put his arms around me real tight, today, and he said, "I can get my arms around you!" He had such a shocked look. He didn't mean any harm by the statement, but he was excited as I was!  Elisa

Elisa....WOW and Congrats Girl!!!! It's a wonderful feeling seeing the sizes get smaller isn't it????  I know what you mean about the arm around you thing too..I have really noticed the difference in how Joe can put her arms around me....AND...I can now fasten my own bra and even reach back enough to hold one had with the other!!!! I know it's such simple thing to most but it just tickled me to death!!!! Keep up the good work and keep enjoying all the WOW Moments!!!! God Bless...Hugs..Tammy H.

Actually I have lost 25 lbs. in one month since surgery. I have lost the rest since the lst seminar I attended Feb. 10th. Still alot though! I am pretty happy. Thanks for your posts girls! Elisa

Congratulations Elise on your success. Wow moments are always fun and exciting, and they make us feel WONDERFUL!!! It's another Proof to us.. visually.. that this new way of life WORKS!!
