Accountability: What did you eat Saturday??
Hey hey....I know I'm a lil late...and the sad thing is...I just started this post and now I'm gonna be gone for two days! haha Oh well, I'll pick it right back up when I get home from the hospital....
B: Choc Protein Shake

L: Spiced Tea Protein Shake

D: Minty Vanilla Protein Shake

Plus I drank over 80 oz of water....YAHOO!! I finally got 5 shakes drank in one day!! :-D

ONE day to go!
I worked Saturday afternoon till 9:30 Pm so my food intake is sort of different.
Breakfast--strawberry smoothie shake -------30 grams of protein
snake 2 protein balls 5 mg each= 10 grams protein
Lunch-------1 protein bar=================20 grams protein
Supper 1 protein bar===================20 grams protein
total protein 80 grams protein
92 oz of water.

Well, the important thing is, you got all your protein and your water in....still looks good to me. I can't wait til I can eat protein balls, I just LOVE peanut butter....
What kind of protein bars do you get? Or do you make them yourself??
Such a good job on the water....especially when you're working so hard I know it's tough to get your water in....
