Accountability: What did you eat Sunday??

SOFT FOODS!!! YUMMMMM!!!!  :-D  My first day was today...yeeeehaww!! B: 1 tablespoon of scrambled cheese eggs (SO good) S: 4 oz milk and CIB L: 1 tablespoon of refried beans and cheese (even better!!) S: 4 oz milk and CIB Haven't had dinner yet....probably going to have more beans and cheese....mmmm!! Also been sipping out my heart!!  It's so hard to get liquids in it seems....I'm averaging about 40ish oz a day of water......not enough I know, but I'm working on it. One thing I'm having a prob with for sure is that my surgeon wants me to drink 1 quart a day of 100% juice.....1) I just don't like juice that much 2) it's soooo much!!  Any suggestions??? I love you all!! **hugs**

sounds like you are doing really well better than me most days lol. and im almost a year out. except for the water i manage to get all of that daily plus protein but most of my protein is in the form of my shakes. I just cant eat much. like tonight for supper i took a hamburger , well half of one and crumbled it up added cheese, and chili and took one bite and had to run to the bathroom so there went that. I will have a shake later on for the rest of my protein today take care and take it easy oh yeah what is CIB ?   Jan

 do you make the CIB with milk? I have almost no tolerance for milk. as for the juice...I drink cran-grape 1/2 juice-1/2 water I drink 2 a day of about 16oz each! today I started my day with bowl instant oatmeal....bout half a pkg with cream cheese bout a serving 16oz juice/water zuchini Lasagne made with ground turkey. 1/8th a cup.  16 oz juice/water protein shake 1oz of colby jack cheese 3 doritos.....OMGAWD these were not quite stale the kid found and we both were in heaven....we havent had any in almost 2 months. 3--36oz ice water. 1 weigh****chers strawberry yogurt oh and I took 2 bites of a garlic crisuoint.  I had a good eating day....sometimes I dont eat past breakfast....when food gets stuck or wont move on down...it puts me to bed. chew sloooooowly. I am using baby spoons to spread out the bites and amounts. this is the main issue Im having with eating now.....too much too fast nutti

Yup, have had no problems with milk yet thankfully!!  Also have no problems with eggs, something else that gives frequent probs to new postops. Looks like your day is good...you're moving right along with foods.... How on earth are you getting so much liquid in??  About how long does it take you to drink 16oz of liquid?? I have had no problems with small bites or small sips so far sooo that's good....:-D

1/2 c cottage cheese 1/4 oz shredded boars head deli turkey meat 1 slice  low fat lazey swiss boars head deli cheese 6 Whole grain wheat thins 1 oz low fat sharp chedder 1/4 oz baked samon taste of baked potato 1 oz low fat sharp chedder shake made with skim milk, isopure (vanille) and cina. Total protien 66 grams 64 oz H2O

YUM...sounds good.... can't wait for lunch meat...*pouts* BTW, how on earth do you get all your stinkin' liquids in??  I sip and I sip and I sip and still avg around 40-45 oz a day.... About how long does it take you to drink 8 oz of liquid?? I need to start figuring out my protein....hmm...I'll work on that....

I don't do juice really. To many carbs.  I may try some though for a change in flavor. I only do 50% juice 50% water 100% real fruit juice with no added surgar of course.
