do you make the CIB with milk? I have almost no tolerance for milk.
as for the juice...I drink cran-grape 1/2 juice-1/2 water I drink 2 a day of about 16oz each!
today I started my day with
bowl instant oatmeal....bout half a pkg with cream cheese bout a serving
16oz juice/water
zuchini Lasagne made with ground turkey. 1/8th a cup.
16 oz juice/water
protein shake
1oz of colby jack cheese
3 doritos.....OMGAWD these were not quite stale the kid found and we both were in heaven....we havent had any in almost 2 months.
3--36oz ice water.
1 weigh****chers strawberry yogurt
oh and I took 2 bites of a garlic crisuoint.
I had a good eating day....sometimes I dont eat past breakfast....when food gets stuck or wont move on down...it puts me to bed.
chew sloooooowly. I am using baby spoons to spread out the bites and amounts.
this is the main issue Im having with eating now.....too much too fast
