Accountability: What did you eat Monday??
Well...today was a bad BAD day for me.....and it started with breakfast....
B: 1 tablespoon of oatmeal w/ a little skim milk, cinnamon and splenda
~~This didn't make me sick, but I just DON'T like the way it sat in my pouch...I could feel the oats just inflating in size....soooooo as a result I just wasn't hungry nor did I want anything in my pouchie....

~~Finally felt like eating here.....
D: 2 oz lowfat cheddar cheese, 2 reduced fat whole grain wheat thin crackers, 1 small sugar free dill pickle....
I've been sipping on water, but not nearly enough for the day....*sigh*
So....all in all, I'm low on protein and liquids....but I'm just gonna continue sipping for the night and try to forget this day ever existed and start all over tomorrow.....

Question: How long does it take you to drink 8 oz of liquid?
1/2 packet of oatmeal made with water and a lil butter
I am eating the s/f maple brown sugar variety
8oz juice/water
1 can of tomato soup w cheese and 2 crackers
4oz juice/water
1oz cheddar/colbyjack cheese
1 protien shake
1 ww strawberry yogurt
and water
lots of water.....I sip sip sip sip
always have a bottle of water with me on the go and a glass next to me at home.
I went to the movies today and I soooooo wanted to scarf on popcorn.
the smell was ssssoooooo tempting.
oh and a WOW moment
I can now sit in the theater seats again!!!
when we went to see the new Pirates movie it was a definate "no way"
today I tried the seats after movie was over and now I wont have to drag in the wheelchair for the next movie!
I guess that makes not being able to munch on popcorn worth it!

Glad you can do the oatmeal...I might try again WAY later but for now...no way jose....
You are doing so much better on the juice than I am....I just can't seem to make myself drink it....and it upsets me. But, then again, I get upset that we're "supposed" to have it when most surgeons threaten their patients if they even try it....so I don't get it!!
Oh well....I'm gonna try....
Wow Rianne, I am a month ahead of you and I still can't have pickles. Just got cheese and crakers this week. B:8oz skim milk, vaielle protien powder, cinamon and splenda S:1oz low fat chedder cheese L:1/2oz turkey deli meat 1/2oz low fat lacey swiss 6 whole wheat wheat thins D: 1/2 oz turkey deli meat and a taste of cheese, I ate the turkey to fast and couldn't eat any more S: cheese stick Protien total: 60 grams Water/juice 64oz I think i will have tomato soup with cheese and crackers for dinner tonight, that sounds so good!
