WHATS HAPPENING TUESDAY

Good morning OH family.  I have been having computer problems this morning took me 2 hrs. to get signed on to the internet had to have the IT guys at my work fix it for me and I still didn't resolve the wireless issue but at least I can get on using the cable modem.   I went to the Lees Summit support group last night and even though we only had a few people there I really enjoyed it and got a lot of good information.  Collete is great and very inspiring she has a lot of great things to share. I am so looking forward to my surgeon's appt. on Oct. 17th.  I know that seems like a long ways away but really it's not.  I just hope that since things are happening towards the end of the year that it's not bad weather when I do have my surgery because I live 88 miles from Sedalia and I don't want to be having to drive in bad weather.  I just have this feeling that everything is going to go as it should go and I don't think I will have many problems if any?  I know God has led me down this path for a reason and I am ready for this journey.   I made some apple strusel muffins yesterday (not WLS friendly...LOL) and I made some more peanut butter protein balls.  I was just a busy bee yesterday didn't have time to get online at all.   I am so tired today I didn't go to bed until about 2am (due to trying to fix my friends computer for her) and then I didn't want to get up this morning to go to work.  I wish I could go home and take a nap but I can't I have to stay at work then when I get off I have a bunch of things to do.  No rest for the wicked!!!! Well, I guess I better get back to work. Have a great day everyone!

Hey Girl,     It was a good time last night.  Hope to see more next month.  So excited for you about the upcoming surgery.  Also such good news about Kim.  She was meeting with someone today and hope if she sees this she will come on and tell us about it.  Your day will be here sooner than you think.  Keep in touch and plan to see you and all the KC metro people there.  Colette

Hey hey all.....I am SO sad that I wasn't able to attend the COF mtg last night *pouts*  But, I will be at the next one for sure....well hopefully....I just found out I have a night class on Mondays that goes 4-7pm....so if I can come in late then I will still be coming....but I'll feel bad coming in late every single mtg....:-(  I'll email Claudette and see if she would be upset if I were walking in late.... I lost more weight....which is a total of 24 pounds SINCE surgery and 33 total so far....so only 88 pounds to go til I'm at my goal weight....YIPEEE.... Also, today will be the first postop day that I will have gotten all my protein and all my liquids in...so yay me!!  I'm really excited... I haven't been posting much, but I just don't have a whole lot to write about...my days are pretty dull lately I do the same things every single day....but I still love you all and you are all in my thoughts and prayers!! Thanks to my wonderful angel Erin for a fabulous talk today :-)  and congrats on your job!!  YAY!!  Also good luck on the house search! Still praying for Chelle.... **hugs**
