Accountability: What did you eat Tuesday??

I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT!!!!  I actually got all my protein in and WILL have all my liquids in before the end of the night....YAHOO!!! B: 4 oz PB Banana Protein Shake S: NONE L: 1 tablespoon refried beans with cheese S: 2 oz  cheddar cheese D: 4 oz tilapia (with a nonfat, NS chipotle sauce dipper), 1 bite flash fried FRESH corn, 2 bites homemade pico de gallo S: will be 2 oz cheddar cheese Okay...are you ready for this?? Protein~~69 g!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Liquids~~so far I've had 35 oz of liquid but it's only 7 pm so there's plenty of time left to get in the other 29 oz....no problemo!! :-D  Or at least...I WILL get them in if I have to stay up all night!!!  he he How'd you do today????  I love you all!!

1/2 c cottage cheese 1oz cheese 1 egg w/ cheese 1oz cheese 1 server tomato soup, 1 cracker, 3 small shrimp 2oz cheese 60g protien plunty oh water!!

Yum...looks good....lotsa cheese :-)  What kinda cheese you like?  I've tried colby jack and cheddar and american of course!! How'd tomato soup go??

today was a bad day. 1/2 egg 8oz juice when lunch came I wanted soup again. and it wouldnt go down. first time the pouch rejected soup. and I vomited. soooo than I of course scared to try again for awhile. so tonight a strawberry protien shake 8oz of juice I drank cystal light today but I didnt do so good for intake due to the pouch having issues. better day tomorrow. nutti

awww....stinky.....oh well, tomorrow is another day :-) What do you think happened w/ soup?  Maybe had some too fast??  Hmm.... I found white tea w/ blueberries crystal light...YUM!

soup was fine. I just had about 1/2 c. I made it with skim milk to add more protien of coure. The shrip where delicious.  I'm eating an egg made with matzarella right now. yummy.

L:  1/2 cheese, bacon, egg beater omlet

S:  1/2 apple with 1 T peanut butter

D:  3 oz meatloaf (made with cottage cheese for extra protein)  Mixed green salad

S:  SF popcicle

YUM!  Looks yummy to me....:-)  I can't wait for a few weeks when I can start adding some ground meats and such.... I just saw those Boca wraps on tv and told my mom about them (she LOVES boca burgers)... Looks like you are doing wonderfully.....definitely an inspiration :-) **hugs**  I've missed ya!
