MY FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSITY!!!!

This is my 1st Birthday of my new life. One year ago today I had my gastric bypass..Its been a very exciting ride over the last year. I had my ups and downs but I made it. I went from 402lbs to 218lbs. That is 184lbs lost. NOW, I got this flabby skin that is driving me crazy...among other little things that annoy me.. This week God called a good christain lady home. Tammy Faye Messaner....Tammy was always my favorite movtivational speaker. I remember once a lady wrote to her on the PTL club and made fun of her make up and put her down and just tried to humliate her...Tammy looked into the camera and smiled and said. My dear. God is not finished with me yet, Then she walked off the stage. You know my friends. God isnt finished with me yet either . NOR is he with you....I will always be committed in serving my Lord and Savior for however long he lets me. He gets all my praise and Glory. You my friends get all my God Bless you's...and he will do just that. PRAISE GOD, PRAISE GOD FOR DR. HORNBOSTEL and all the RNY SURGEONS...and GOD BLESS YOU MY FRIENDS.............Craig Lee Watts

WOW Craig!  I have never heard of anyone loosing as much as you. Unbelievable and a huge CONGRATULATIONS AND HAPPY ANNIBIRTHDAY!  Yes, God has blessed you and kept you on track for such wonderful results. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY....CAN YOU BELIEVE IT HAS BEEN A YEAR??? mine will be the 14th of next month. and it is really hard to believe that .  you said your feet were hurting when you got home from work? get you some really good shoes, like new balance. that is the ones that my ortho guy says to wear. I buy the running shoes becasue they are so lightweight and let air into them too. Not cheap but well worth it all.
